101 THINGS TO DO AT UNIVERSITY

By Lel Moss

105x85mm * 128pp * £2.99 * PB * ISBN 978-1-906051-27-3 * September 2008

101 THINGS TO DO AT UNIVERSITY aims to provide you with an unpretentious, witty and mischievous guide whether you are soon to be starting or soon to be finishing university.

There are numerous guides available for first-time students which focus on entry scores, league tables and staff/student ratios. Although invaluable when choosing your university, these handbooks often omit the humorous and unmentionable events of the average student experience. 101 THINGS TO DO AT UNIVERSITY aims to bridge this gap by offering a facetious look at student life, making reference to the many unspoken ceremonies, rituals and initiations which you will undertake during your time as a student.

The guide is based on thorough research and has been compiled from authentic experiences from students, young and old. The book covers most aspects of student life and is organised into eight sections: Finance, Academia, Health and Hygiene, Accommodation, Relationships, Drinking, The Student Union, and Graduation.

Graduates will recognise many of these offerings whilst those who are about to begin their university experience will have their appetites whet and their fear levels raised...
